2. What we provide. hashria operates an electronic venue for the assets described on this site. Nothing here is investment advice; each decision are yours. Displayed market data serves information only and may lag or be imprecise sometimes.
3. Risk notice. Trading involves substantial loss risk and fits only accounts able to absorb it. Leverage can push drawdowns past the collateral posted. Risk only capital whose total loss you can absorb.
4. Costs. Fees, spreads and carry rates are shown in the fee schedule and make part of these Terms. Fees may change once fairly notified.

6. Liability. Where law permits legal extent, hashria is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Services.
7. Changes. This agreement may be revised occasionally. Using the Services after changes means consent. Controlling law comes from the registered jurisdiction where our operator is registered.
